General Service Technician

General Service Technicians are our front lines and the most customer-centric technicians. They touch customer vehicles most in our organization and must provide efficient, quality service with each visit. Responsibilities include: Changing oil and filters, rotating tires, and replacing/repairing tires. GS Technicians complete multi-point, digital vehicle inspections for each vehicle to help ensure the customer understands the condition of their vehicle.
Automotive Sales Associate
Our reputation for outstanding service starts at the front counter. Service advisors are the first face a customer sees when they enter the store and the last one they see before they leave. From answering the phones to educating customers on the needs of their vehicle, sales associates are the ones our customers will grow to trust when they need their vehicles repaired. Our success is built on long-term relationships with our customers and establishing a connection with each individual who walks through our doors.
A Technician devotes his day to repairing automobiles, diagnosing customer concerns like warning lights, noises, running concerns, steering and suspensions, alignments, brakes, etc. The automotive business is a very rewarding career choice. Daily problem solving, repairing broken vehicles, and maintaining them so they won’t break down is an ever-changing commitment.
