I have taken my vehicle to Jamie's since I purchased it and always been satisfied with service. Recently had routine oil change and was advised of need to have engine air filter replaced. I opted to change filter myself. When I was doing that task, I noticed only one screw was present. I will probably have to go to Toyota dealership to purchase because it is a special screw . I normally do not complain about service done because it is excellent and will continue to bring my vehicles to Jamie's. This is just a little frustrating to deal with this. Thank you.

I just received fantastic service. Almost a dozen shops around the Beavercreek and Xenia area said they didn't feel comfortable working on my 1977 Jeep CJ-5. And I get it. It's old. Jamie's took a chance. They had me bring it in and they looked it over for free to see if they even could repair the wiring issues (that were largely because I bit off more than I could chew). They quoted me X amount of hours to complete the job and the guys there finished early, so they only charged me for the actual amount of time it took which saved me almost $200.00. I will ABSOLUTELY be using Jamie's exclusively for any auto repairs down the road.

Really want to than David and the team for the help yesterday. Needed an alternator changed and they helped me every step of the way. Finished when promised and even helped me with things like getting radio code from manufacturer. Technician even found and solved a noise problem I had just decided to get used to and took care of it without asking. Thank you!
